If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Nature of Our Service

AgentHub Ghana is an exclusive, verification-based directory that showcases trusted agents in:

  • Real Estate
  • Travel & Tours
  • Shipping & Logistics
  • Business Consulting

We do not provide these services ourselves.
We only list and verify agents who meet our requirements.

3. Verification & Approval Process

All agents must undergo our verification process before being listed.

Verification may include:

  • Business registration documents
  • ID confirmation
  • Proof of service (portfolio, references, certificates)
  • Background checks
  • Online presence review

We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or reject any agent
  • Request additional documents
  • Remove agents who fail to meet our standards
  • Limit the number of agents in each category

Our decision is final.

4. Exclusive & Limited Slots

AgentHub Ghana operates a limited-slot model.
This means:

  • Each category has a fixed number of available spots
  • When a category is full, new applications are placed on waitlist
  • Renewal priority is given to current verified agents
  • Slots are not guaranteed forever; they depend on compliance and quality

5. Subscription & Payments

To maintain a listing, agents must pay an annual subscription fee.

Important:

  • Fees are non-refundable
  • Payment must be completed before a listing becomes active
  • Failure to renew on time may lead to loss of slot
  • Prices may change, but existing agents will be notified before renewal

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.

6. Managed Listings (Content Control)

To maintain accuracy and quality:

  • All listings are created and managed by AgentHub Ghana
  • Agents may request edits, but we approve and publish them
  • Agents may not upload or edit content directly
  • We may modify listing content for clarity, accuracy, or quality

This ensures consistency and protects users from misleading information.

7. Responsibilities of Agents

Agents listed on AgentHub Ghana must:

  • Provide truthful, accurate information
  • Maintain professional service standards
  • Inform us of changes in contact details, business operations, or licensing
  • Comply with Ghanaian laws and industry regulations
  • Avoid fraudulent or misleading behaviour

Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the platform.

8. Responsibilities of Users (Customers)

Users agree to:

  • Use the platform responsibly
  • Verify information directly with the agent where necessary
  • Not misuse, scrape, or copy listings
  • Not impersonate any agent or user

AgentHub Ghana is not responsible for agreements between users and agents.

9. Accuracy of Information

While we verify agents, we cannot guarantee:

  • That services will meet your expectations
  • That all information is always up to date
  • That agents will perform without errors
  • That every listing is perfect

We do our best, but final responsibility lies with the agent and the client.

10. No Guarantees or Liability

AgentHub Ghana is not liable for:

  • Losses arising from using an agent
  • Disputes between agents and clients
  • Incorrect information provided by an agent
  • Delays, damages, or service failures
  • Financial loss or dissatisfaction

We are a directory, not a service provider.

11. Removal, Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or remove any agent or user for:

  • Providing false information
  • Fraudulent behaviour
  • Violating laws or regulations
  • Receiving repeated complaints
  • Not meeting our quality standards
  • Non-payment or late renewal

No refunds will be issued for removed listings.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on AgentHub Ghana, including text, images, design, and branding, is owned by Websites & More.
You may not copy, duplicate, or republish our content without permission.
Listings belong to the respective agents, but they grant us permission to publish and use them on the platform.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes take effect immediately once posted on this page.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
Any disputes shall be handled in Ghanaian jurisdiction.
