Because AgentHub Ghana offers a curated, exclusive listing service that begins immediately after payment, we use a strict no-refund policy.

1. No Refunds After Payment

All subscription fees, advertising fees, and premium upgrades are non-refundable, even if:

  • The agent changes their mind.
  • Business conditions change.
  • Agent decides not to proceed.
  • Listing is suspended due to violation of terms.
  • Agent does not generate leads.

This is because resources are used instantly to create, verify and publish the listing.

2. Refunds Issued ONLY If:

A refund is possible only if AgentHub:

  • Fails to provide the service entirely.
  • Makes an error charging twice.
  • Wrongly deducts a fee (rare).

3. Agent Misconduct

If an agent is removed due to:

  • Fraud.
  • False information.
  • Complaints.
  • Breach of terms.

There will be no refund.

4. Expired or Lost Slots

Lost slots due to non-renewal are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Changes to Pricing

If subscription prices change, existing agents will be notified before renewal.
This does not affect the no-refund policy.
